Refund Policy

We want you to love your Amour. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags attached.
• Items marked Final Sale, and Friends & Family exclusives, cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or color are always free.

Refunds

Full returns for a refund carry a $10 restocking fee, deducted from your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email Info@amournyc.com with your order number and the item you're returning. We'll reply with instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first can't be accepted.
